A healthier spin on traditional miso glazed salmon, this recipe uses tahini, orange juice and miso to create juicy salmon that’s big on flavour.

  • Total Time: 15 minutes
  • Yield: 2 people 1x

Ingredients

Scale

2 pieces of salmon 200g each

25g tahini

Juice of 1 orange

2 tbsp white miso

1 tbsp tamari

Instructions

  1. Mix the tahini, orange juice, white miso and orange juice in a bowl.
  2. Place the salmon in the bowl and coat with the marinade.
  3. Marinate for 10 to 15 minutes.
  4. Place skin side down in an airfryer basket.
  5. Air fry at 190C/370F for 8 to 10 minutes. If you have thicker salmon you’ll want to air fry for 12 to 14 minutes. I’d suggest doing them for 12 minutes, check, then go for 14 if needed.

You can also bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 200C/390F.

Serve with rice, bok choy or broccoli, sesame seeds and spring onion. You could also add furikake seasoning, chilli flakes and chilli oil.
