These air fryer balsamic potato wedges are fantastic when you want a satisfying snack, or eaten as part of a meal. Super simple and perfect every time.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 250 g new potatoes
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Cook in an air fryer on 200c (390F) for 13 minutes, shaking halfway through.

Notes

  • It can be helpful to soak the wedges in water for 30 minutes before cooking, to get a crispier end result.
